Does anyone have pics of tC with 18 or 19 inch wheels with stock suspension? I am trying to figure out how much wheel gap difference there is....thanks

I have 20s on stock suspension...sorry, cant find pics...if you go with 18s, get an h-tech drop for a subtle drop, s-tech drop to tuck tire a bit...if you get 19s, go with the TRD or h-tech drop for a subtle drop with little to no rub

What width are you going with? I have 20x7.5 Motegi DP6's
I have NO rub on stock setup and I'm getting a TRD drop soon...it's going to depend on the width of your wheel man...
by the way, I have about a two to 1-1/2 fingers of space all-around..

Good information. The wheels are 19x8, probably go with 225/35/19 or 235/35/19 tires. Dont wanna have to lower it so I was wondering how much gap there would be with that size. Does your setup look awkward, like its riding too high with the stock suspension? If I do lower, it will probably be with TRD, just cause its minimal tho.

I of course don't like the height, but its not bad...I have 225/35/20 tires...most people dont notice the height unless I'm next to another tC...I get a lot of "Man, dont those rub?" and " WOW, I didnt know you could fit DUBs on a tC!" ABSOLUTELY NO RUB ON STOCK SUSPENSION, so I hope they'll be fine with the TRD drop...

I love the look, the ride is a little rougher, but I don't mind...once I get my coilover setup next summer , it'll be cool...I'll keep looking for pics man...I know I've got some somewhere, lol...

Wow, that looks good. From the pics, it looks like you wouldnt need to lower it IMO. Those fill in the wheel gap nicely. Im convinced to get the 19s now, and see how they fit with the suspension, so that helps. THANKS ORANGESURBURBAN!

I did search, but could not find....thats why I posted.

From that picture it looks like its riding high

Is it possible to get bigger tires to fill in the wheel gap more, or if the only solution a drop?

who are you asking? at any rate, larger tires will help fill the wheel well, but will in turn lift the car off the ground more...
