Default Can i put a 235/40/18 tire on 18x7.5 safely?

hey all, as the title says can i run a 235/40/18 tire on 18x7.5 with a 45 offset?

and question 2 is this safe? am i pushing the limit because my wheel isn't wide enough? as in with they hold on or even fit? also how would it affect braking? thanks
