Getting ready to buy wheels, updated
I am going to pick up a set of RPF1's in 17x8 with an offset of 35. I am wondering which Tires I should buy I was looking at these

I know I have to use 12 x 1.5thread pitch but I saw some that where 35mm and another that was 50mm.

I love my Ecsta's, but they're completely useless in the rain, boost in 4th = .
I suggest dishing out a few extra bucks on the tires and getting something that will be great all around. From the looks of your choices, I'm going to assume that you plan on running a summer wheel and a winter wheel...

Personally, I'd spend the extra money and get the class winners. They're $139 a piece for 235/45R17.

With a hotchkis drop will I rub with the rpf1's in a 17x8 et35 with a 235/40 tire? I'm getting nervous now because I was told by some people I won't but by some I will so I just want to make sure I order everything right before I jump I have something I can't bring back. would i help running a lower tire?
