Of those 3 choices, I'd go with BFG.

 

Any particular reason?

 

The eagles got awesome ratings in consumer reports, but I have no first hand experience. Based on CR, they are one of the best summer tires performance/price

 

that's what I've heard too......I am really leaning towards them b/c they are going to be my summer set and i'll just keep my stock rims and get blizzarks for the winter.

 

Yea, you definitely don't want to drive em in the winter time, but they should do great for the summer. I almost did that exact combo but ended up going with all-seasons b/c I don't want to deal with it. So I got the toyo proxes 4 (all-seasons). Toyo makes a great tire. The toyo proxes T1R are a GREAT summer tire as well:

It's nice and hot up here in the summer and when it rains, it dumps a lot so the F1s were kind of in my mind from the beginning.....thanks though, i'll look into them

 

Personal experience and personal preference. I'm sure the Eagles are decent too, and both of them are better than the Hankooks, imo.

 

Eagle F1 but if I can sway you away from those 3 go with Toyo Proxes 4. :D

Proxes 4 are all-season, but one heck of a performance tire while we're at it. that gets my vote. Never met anyone with em who doesn't like em! And they're cheap!!! $112 a tire 225/45-17

I'm really likin' these now.....keeps the dark tone of the car and those tires are rediculous for grip in rain/dry.

 

Toyo Proxes4 FTW! I'd recommend them, you'll thank us later. And you will wonder how a tire can grip so well, be quiet, handle, have great steering feel and ride comfortably. In wet? Awesome! can't tell the difference between dry and wet!

 

Ok, after a conflicting battle of interests with these rims and tires.....I've order my second choice.

Gunmetal is what I really wanted to start with but I found those silver ones first and didn't search much. Just placed the order so they should be in soon. Just wish the damn weather would change.
