Default Help needed, regarding spacers

Hello everyone, need some help for a purchase

Found great info on the wheel thread but not 100% sure

Ok let me see if i got this right...

Getting rims soon and the rims are

FR 18x9 et35 Bk 18x9 et35

Per the chart that we got here, the Front flush; Back Tucked.
For the back to be flush it would need 18x9 et 25?

Do i need 10mm spacers to get it to match? would i need to think about rolling fenders?
Dropped on RL but not slammed all the way
Thanks

Yup you need to purchase 10mm Spacers for the rear.

You WILL have to roll your fenders too...Make sure you get a "quality" roll job ..not a ghetto one.

Might have to Trim of the Rear Bumper inner plastic part...Tire could rub in that area too!

What size tires u running?....Might have to get a Skinnier tire too!

I had to downgrade from a 225 width tire to a 215.
I am currently almost at a 3" drop w/ 18x8 wheels, w/ 15mm Ichiba V2 Spacers...It take me to 20 Offset all-around.

If he purchases a 10mm spacer set for the back, dont he need to get extended Wheel Studs (10mm longer than stock) to cover the difference? he will not have enough threads left on the stock studs? right?

Thanks!

I only said this because it seems as if he was not adviced on the potential problem, unless we want another part-out tc thread when his wheel falls off! lol

https://www.scionlife.com/forums/sho...ght=wheel+stud

hope this helps. you wont have a hard time finding them. Some sets of spacers will come with longer studs, Ichiba spacers come with longer studs.

If I am not mistaken, the Ichiba V2 Spacers come with the spacer/studs. and a set is like 150.00

The only hard part is finding them cheap, and if you get them cheap, like ebay cheap, you may run into problems such as cracking or snaping, etc. Dont go cheap when it comes to spacers/studs...

if your going to piecemill your kit together (buy extended lugs seperate, the buy spacer seperate) this is the stock measurements for the stock stud:

M12-1.5 thread size;
14.20 mm knurl diameter;
40 mm length;
8 mm shoulder length;

If your going to piece mill your kit, you will just need to buy longer studs based on the thickness of the spacers you are buying...I would stay away from this route, because depending on the size of the stud and size of the spacer, and if you want to go from a 5mm to a 20mm to then a 10mm and you just have a longer stud, then at one point you will have to run open ended lug nuts...so just do it right from the beggining

check this link: they sell spacers and studs

ok i'm done confusing you haha

It will fit , but the center bore of the Tc is 54.1, you will need to get 57.1 to ____ (the bore of your rims) hub centric rings to go with your AFTER MARKET rims to avoid any vibration.

so for example, if you bought the 57.1 center bore spacers, and try to use your stock rims on the spacers, they will not fit, and you will not be able to use your stock rims.

try to stick to a spacer that has a center bore of 54.1. Then if needed, you can get hub centric rings to go with your new rims (most rims have a bore of 73.1)

sorry I think I just gave you to much information.

did you check the links I provided? You will need a kit that has a 10mm spacer that comes with extended lugs, and hope to have a center bore of 54.1
