Yes you're right the INVO is a BAD idea for snow, not only is the compound not good below 32 F but the tread couldn't even work with snow. Not enough biting edges.

Have you looked at the Toyo Proxes4? A lot of us have the Proxes4 and it's not that noisy at all, no more than the stock bridgestones. So yes it's quiet. Also another good tire I've heard, actually two of them. BFG's new one, i think it's the kdw g-sport, it's a new high performance all-season. The other is the Goodyear F1 All-season, but some have reported loss of fuel economy, but I never trust those honda guys to tell the truth

For most of us we like the Proxes4, just wish it had more snow traction than it does, sure it'll get ya home, but a little more in the way of biting edges would've been good, other than that, price is good, plus it's great in dry and wet
