Default I was Pricing some wheels today...

So i thought i would check out how much some Work Emotion CR Kai would be in 18x7.5 +35...the shop quoted me $360 per wheel. Is that a bad price for Work's?

also, the dude at the shop kinda made me mad. He was like, you should look at some Rota's or something Work's are kinda expensive...< not quoted word for word, but the way it came out when he said it was I was broke or something and Emotion's dont belong on a tC...but he could reccoment other wheels...Cheap wheels...LoL To bad the sucker doesnt know i coulda bought Wheels and tires right then and there if i wanted.

But anyways, $ Price $ or ? Should i keep shopping?

$360 per wheel is regular price.
Try the following:
http://www.hopupracing.com/woemcrkai.html
http://store.visionautosport.com/emotioncrkai.html <- Nat the owner is always down to haggle. I bought my Gram Lights from him for a good price.
http://www.inlinefour.com/woremcrkai.html

What shop did you go to? He probably recommend the Rota's because they look just like the Works.

Thanx for the Links...good stuff. It was GT MotorSports in Ontario CA. They mostly specialize in WRX/STi, Evolution's, 350Z's and G35's. That is the majority of their business anyways.

Yea, im pretty sure wheels are next on my list of things to do.

Also, eventually i want to maybe get into a little Auto-x/drag racing, do you think i should keep with the 17x7 size of the stock wheels to keep the weight down?

Oh ok...i thought you were saying you had those on your tC... NiiiCE MSP though. From what everbody has been telling me they say go with a +35 offset, they say thats sorta the should have offset for the tC. So im gunna go with 18x7.5 5-100 +35 offset. They seem to have the best Prices so im gunna give them a call tomorrow morning and see what they say about the Offset, because i know its a special order offset.
