I have a set of 18x8 five ad x5:f for which i recently purchased NRG forged lug nuts for (12x1.5). When i tried fitting the lugs in the holes they are definitely too large. What am I doing wrong? This upsets me because I fished out over $90 for these lugs and now I'm going to have to go through the hassle of shipping them back.

 

looks like u gotta return em... i bought rays lug which are $140 and they didnt fit... but luckily i had a buyer

 

You have to find out if your lugs are ballseat or conical.

 

sometimes all that fits are the small muteki/splined lugs. that was the case for my enkeis and now my advans. the best you can do is sell it or return it and just get whatever fits.

 

contact FIVEaxis and order their promo lug/valve stem package. The opening for the lugs is too small for 90% of lugs out there. Btw the lugs & valve stems look like this on:



Really hard to see I know but they are a reverse hex head (kinda like a torx but only 5 sided). TRD tuner lugs work as well but be careful!!! If you have any questions PM me!
