My NEW 285/30/19 NITTO INVO'S!!
After emailing and talking to Nitto about getting sponsored i finnally got hooked up for HIN L.A., I was contemplating on what line of Nitto Tires to get and i went with a different route since i wanted the unique look and have the most comfort and handling possible. So i took the risk and went with a wider set of tires.
Originally i was running Falken FK451's 265/30/19 all around and since i wanted something better i went with the Nitto INVO Line of tires, Since they didn't have a 265/30/19 available, i had to make a decision. Currently on my Falkens i was already running the stretched look and had no protection on my rims. So i took the risk and went with the 285/30/19 and god they look awesome, i've never seen a thread design like it, for 30 series tires there remarkably comfortable, i still need to get the car aligned to get a proper assessment on handling, but from driving it back and to the show it felt great.
The only issues i had was rubbing on the front i had to raise the car up to a finger gap and my front bumper gets pushed in when i turn. Currently i had my bumper repainted and modified so now it shouldn't hit it. and the rubbing issue most likely can be fixed with some stiffer shocks. Surprisingly enough my rear tires have like a half finger gap and OMG I don't rub at all even with the full system in the back. It fills up my wheel wells more and looks really aggressive similar to drag tires.
Let me know what you guys think i still need to get closer up pics of the tires on the car, but currently i'm redoing my turbo so the whole car is in pieces right now and on stands
.
here are some pics i took, more updated pics to come at my next show.
My wheel setup is 19x10 all around -15 in the back and i still need to confirm -45 in the back, i have spacers in the front because of my BBK, and there Racing hart C4r's.
and ohh yeah those are ghetto wheel stands i made because nitto didn't have any available for me. lol

thx guys, and i wish it was a daily driver but its been costing me too much money on repainting the bumper and too scared to drive it around all the time, usually only take it to shows and for fun
heres a older picture i took, with the old tires..

I fail to see how this improved thread "technology" offers any vast improvement over anything else already offered in the market. The two main groves running in the inside of the tire offer allot of lost contact patch that other drivers running, lets say, a 215 or 225 can't afford to loose.
Good job on getting sponsored though, but I would of much rather gotten some NT01's. Dot approved R compound ftw.
