My car is silver color and I want to paint my wheels like the pic below...

Your best friend right now would be photoshop.
I like seeing TC's with blacked out stockies no matter the color of the car: with a silver car thats just too much silver for my taste.
good luck with it tho I did these awhile back.. have fun taping, just take your time.
