offset question
Im a little confused about a wheels offest.
If the stock wheel is 17x7 with 45mm offset and i want to put a wheel thats 17x7 with a 48mm offset, what exactly will that change. will this fit the car (no drop)?
What happens with a smaller offset like 35mm? ive seen a lot of people useing those for their wheels.

A higher number offset will bring the wheel in farther. A lower offset will push the wheel out farther to the edge of the car. A lower offset will usually look better because it will make the wheels appear to be more flush with the body instead of tucked in.
