ok so i have asked the size, best color for a NB tc, now the last 2 questions so i can make final decision......

should i buy 4 rims and use stock tires and buy snow tires for stock rims next winter? or get a rim and tire set?

where are the best places online to get rim/tire packages? places in my area suck for pricing and options.
