Here they are, let me know what you guys think.
Took about 15 hours total.

Taped off the entire center cap then used a razor knife to cut all around the emblem to leave just the scion logo in silver.

I thought it was definitely worth the 15 hours and only 20 bucks for paint! cheapest and best looking mod so far.

Yeah well I was going for the flat black look and the clear coat would have given it a shine. Matches my scion badges, i painted those flat black too.
The lip is not painted but I just waxed the whole car including the lip so that's why it looks shiny lol.

I'm a perfectionist. Also I was helping my friend paint his stock rims on his rx-8, he can't paint worth **** lol. He had blotches everywhere and missed so many spots I had to pretty much paint his too.
Springs are next on my list.

What brand of paint did you use...i was going to do the exact same thing, but have a yellow band around it, instead of red like yours. did you paint the inside of the rim as well ?? i cant really tell from the pics...thanks !!
I think they look awesome. I'd also tell you to drop the car, but I haven't done mine yet haha. I like how everyone thinks we (as in college students) have money to mod all the time. HAHA. I mean, we DID get tCs...
But you should still drop it.

I agree with Joyride and I would say that a gloss black would've been a better match for your BSP. And is it just me or is that red pinstripe on the lip inconsistant? It looks like it's thicker in some parts than others. And if the lip wasn't painted, was it vinyl?

I used duplicolor low-gloss black engine enamel. Yeah I painted every part of the rim.
The red pinstripe isn't perfect, I'm not a professional. It was a _____ to use a flat piece of tape and made a circle around the rim with not much room for a pinstripe but I got good steady hands.
The lip is made out of ABS plastic, it was a dull black before but when I waxed it, it came out kinda glossy. I'll be painting that BSP to match the car soon though.
