did the face just plop off? b/c i know i stood on the face of my wheel after i unbolted everything and nothing budged...

on another note, looks sick man. moar mounted picz!

 

initially no the face did not pop off.. what i did was lightly tap at the edge were the bolts were on the back of the face with a rubber hammer and some rags for protection... after the 3rd tap it fell off very easy.. theres no glue or adhesive on them. maybe a light dab but nothing crazy. it was super duper easy. much easier then taking apart an RS

yea ill take some more pics as the progress goes. i might make a thread about it.. since its going to be somewhat of a restoration and modification deal. but i looooove how they look now.. what a huge difference.

and Pete, things are looking good keep them gold though...OR if you want, make them gunmetal and rock the jdm caps and bbs lug nuts! ouufff! lol (thats what i would do at least)

im not sure about gunmetal... i was all for it before but now i wana kinda explore something new. i dunno if you've seen the teal LMs on HT or the s2k forums but they looked sweet. but that color is now off limits.. so im playing in PS to see what i like.

trade for what?? that depends on the trade.. if u sell and break even great if u sell and make money great.. but try not to lose money u know. what wrong with them i thought u liked them?
