So we had 1 major fail in 460 pages. Now we've had 3 fails in 3 pages.

we've had way more in 400 pages then 1.. atleast 4 or 5...

 

I was referring to the Tenzo guy, he's the only one I can remember that actually made a fuss lol.

Okay, so 4-5 in 400-500 pages. Roughly 1 failure per 100 pages. Since 460, we've averaged 1 failure per 1 page.
