nice rocking the f-sport rims, not sure if they're "high-end" (they are OEM after all) but whatever. want to see what it looks like mounted. Probably will only look good since they're 19's

Lighter and stronger? I don't know about that argument. Maybe just as light and as strong. They're nice wheels--forged is always a good thing. Do you know who actually manufacturers them? I know Volk/Rays makes the OEM G35/7 wheels so I'm curious about who makes these.

the reason people are giving you a hard time is because theyre OEM wheels. Yes, they may be expensive (overpriced imo) but they are in no way custom or rare. Anyone who has the money can order the same exact set. High end is arguable, sure they are forged but we still dont know who make them, and it says Taiwan on the backside. Im not trying to start a ____ing match, just sayin.

The thread title is fine. What is very rare? Your wheels? Theyre OEM, im sure i could go to the dealer or Lexus forums and buy a set right now. High End refers to the company and the way they make their wheels, we dont know who makes your wheels, all we know is theyre made in Taiwan and majority of the companies that make wheels that belong in this thread are from Japan. Not all of the wheels in this thread are necessarily custom, but some of them were ordered in specific specs and made to the owners liking.

Not to beat a dead horse, but forged wheels aren't that hard to find. There are even knock off (lower quality) brands that make forged wheels...

My wheels aren't forged but are still high end wheels made by Work Wheels.

All in all, being forged does not make the wheels high end. And all factory wheels are overpriced. Don't believe me?? Go price out a set of stockies and prepare to run away screaming...lol

Well, when I was getting estimates for new wheel combo three weekends ago. The tire shop offered to sell me forged Motegi Racings for $280 each rim! Then, I asked to get estimate for Enkei Fujin; $310! My mouth DROPPED. The salesman was like "Here's our Tire Rack wholesale catlog. Take it with you."

Then when I got home and looked through the catlog; saw how much Volks were @ wholesale.

ITS AMAZING HOW MUCH $$$$$$ DIFFERENCE w/o the "middle man!"

I wonder if someone can buy them at these prices when they go through one of the Tire Rack's warehouses?

some of them are cheaper because they are mass produced so they are common sizes.
if you want to have them made with your own specs that when it costs more money.

^Agree. Also what they stock the offsets are likely high in the 40s with a 7.5 or 8" width in a 5x100. Do not want.
