Default Quick off-set question

Ive been bashing my head in for the last month trying to figure out the PERFECT offset as well as how wide. ive narrowed everything down to how big how wide and what offset, UNTIL i saw this picture

i want a stance like this, only question is the offset and spacers he is using confuses me..

he's running 17x9.5's all around with -5 offset on the wheels. AND +25mm Spacers.. does that mean if his offset his now -30mm?? or 20mm? can someone please inform me as to what offset i would need to achieve this stance and fitment WITHOUT spacers?

he's on Raceland Coilovers. so he cannot camber. i can so i can play around with my set up once i figure what offset.

17x9.5 -5 was his final offset. Meaning, the wheels were originally 17x9.5 +20.
You'll have to tear up your fenders to fit that sizing.

Ive accepted already that i cannot achieve an aggresive stance without rolling my fenders so that i am more than willing to do

FALSE!

Camber adjustment can be done even on stock suspension, doesn't matter what suspension you have. It's the few coilovers that have adjustable camber plates for the fronts that allow for a bit more adjustment. For the front it's just camber bolts in place of the OEM bolts to the knuckle and the rears is adjustable camber arms.
