Default Reflective Silver Lip...

Well i was looking around cardomain.com for some ideas for my car and i found this SW tC...It had what he called a "Reflective Silver Lip"...



I personally kinda like it...But ive never seen it before...

Do you do something to your rims???or do you buy one with it already like that???

whats the deal with the "Reflective Silver Lip"???

uhhh those are axis evo tc rims, i have those, its just a finish, you can change the rings they come in that reflective pearl white and like a bagillion other colors

Well i dont think they are always this bright...its just that this person had a flash camera...and it made it look even brighter...

I would think you would get pulled over all the time if it was always that bright.

ok, so the axis evo rims have interchangable rings, this being one of the options, yes it looks that way because of the flash, otherwise its a rather flat appearance, thats why it really sets off the rims at night (when cars pass them) im pretty sure axxis offers other wheels with this option, however, if you really wanted to you could probably retro fit them on another type of rim, and yes its totally legal

the rings? yes you can, i actually had a problem with that a while back, i still need to get a replacement set but i've just been putting it off simply because the last price quote i got was rather hefty, contact wheelstudio.com they priced new rings for me a ways back at $60 a ring!! Just send them an email or any other wheel distributor and ask them about replacements
