The rota craze is getting pretty crazy.

its not even ALL rotas its just grids. RRimportracer atleast said ____ that and has another style of rota that looks just as good if not better, he thought outside the box. but everyone and there mother has grids just bc they saw one with them every1 will swing on and follow.

 

yea, true. His did look pretty sick. I really have nothing against rota because they are there for people that don't want to spend a lot of money on wheels. But damn could they just make one rim of their own design. lol

 

well people use rotas because when u curb a wheel for having enough tire to protect the lip its not as expensive or costly trying to repair an expensive or rare or discontinued wheel...

personally i think the rota's look better on her car over the other wheels, but then again im not a fan of rotas either.

 

The specs to get that fitment are out there so why not try a different wheel? People like what they like but sooner or later almost every tC will look the same.

that is true, everyone hates on motegis saying they will bend easy and break. I had them on my old car for 3 years and never had one problem.

 

I agree motegis arent bad! Rota makes a quality wheel its just they copy other manufacturers styles. The subi peeps love them so I am sure they hold up especially with the abuse i have seen some owners throw at there cars.

 

any wheel no matter what can bend/crack with enough force.

if they didnt make a quality wheel, then ROTAs wouldnt be around, so why hate on them just cause they dont cost $600+ a wheel????

if i cant get around to saving the money for the wheels i really want, then i might just end up getting some rota torques or see if they can make the p45r in 5x100 bolt pattern.... and even at that, the wheels i want are not that well known so they might get trash talked about too...
