Req: Aggressive wheel stance pics
so today i was out and about, im a rep for my company, so im putting anywhere from 100 to 350 miles a day, today i put in about 200 miles on my setup, gotta say, city driving was ok, the worst was on the highway going over dips in the road, i would hear a gutwrenching scrape, lol
at one point i could have sworn it was the lip of my wheel that hit the fender, but that was not the case, the outer fender tabs(that hold the fender liner in place) were rubbing pretty bad, so i got out some tools and did werke!
using a 1/2 inch drive ratchet i acctually did a ghetto roll/pull on my front fenders, now i have a neat little flare and much more room for the wheels when going in a straight line, i still have to be careful when turning, lol
im loving every minute of it!

what was your setup before? I had 18x7.5 on 225/40 and I stretched those same tires on my 9.5. LOL. I feel the road alot more. ): and im not even on coils. My girlfriends gonna hate my car once I get my coils.
just recently had Tein Htechs w MB Weapons 17x8 et46 w/ kumho asx 235/40/17, really liked the way they looked, but these i love, lol
i do feel the road alot more as is expected, im running slightly higher air pressure too, so that could be a contributing factor as well

Hey I had a question for the people running 18x9.5 w/ low et. What camber kits do you guys have? Also where did you purchase them? When i bought my coilover the guy told me i didnt need to buy them cause the Tc had them factory. Is that true? I didnt see a thing when i installed the coils, so i called him today to order me a camber kit and he said that nothing was available for the tc. Any info please.

mines are +38 which i dont consider low offset, but the width puts them out there, stock adjustments in the rear, and my F&F camber plates in the front
for the rear you definitely dont need a camber kit, for the front, depending on how low you go, you might need a camber kit, you can either buy coils with top camber plates (F&F, Tein SSP, Ksport) theres others too, or you can buy camber bolts, they work great too!

i didnt feel comfortable leaving the wheel on blocks so i let it down as much as i felt okay too lol
theres a LOT less gap then that, the stock wheels are tucking, so i might have to raise it up, but keep in mind that is with 0 camber
