i can get em 900 shipped but honestly, your paying for a 9.5 inch wide rim, thats a lot of wheel for that price to tell you the truth.

im on the verge of getting them.

how do they handle if you take turns hard? lots of rubbing?

Wow i didn't think that this thread would turn into one of those rota bashing ones.
I always hear stories of rotas being bad and all, but i don't drive that hard so I'm fine.

The main reasons i bought these rims were because:
-They fit my budget.
-They are way more concave then the real ones(te37).
-And I wanted to be different because I've only seen a few people running as wide as i am without going wide body.

I'm also going to order some coilovers so hopefully then i can take some pics. So look forward to that. I've decided on Function form type II's. Hopefully it will give me the drop and look that i want.

I have 5mm spacers right now in the front, and since i'm on springs, its not very stiff. I tend to bounce a lot and yes it does cause rubbing in the front. It's nothing bad, but you kinda need to expect it if your drive lowered cars, but especially because these rims are so wide. If there are no spacers though, then the only rubbing is when you bounce really hard.

One more thing i'd like to add. Has any white tC bought some white rota grids? I swore I saw one when I was driving around.

well i'm on k-sport coilovers and i'm somewhat tucking in the front. i'll probably raise them if i do.

so you have no problem taking corners hard without rubbing? i'm not going to run any spacers but i don't want rubbing on just a simple turn. i'm a spirited driver ya dig? lol

why do you have 5mm spacers up front? will the wheel/tire rub against the springs without the spacer?

those are nice wheels. i should have picked up a set when a local wrx owner was selling them used (exact same specs and color). did you get them off a black wrx owner from socal?

There are no troubles then. They do cut it a little close to the stock struts so i'm not sure how it will be on k-sports. When i get the coilovers i want to slamm it and make the tires tuck. Crazy i know. haha.

As i said above this. It has very little room but it still clears. A small 3mm spacer would do just fine too. I'm not sure how it will clear for people who have coilovers though.

The reason for the spacers is because I like the euro wide look with stretch tires and also VIP style. I work somewhere that deals a lot with euro cars so my style is a mix of both euro and VIP. They are only in the front because im waiting to get some extended studs too. Trying to put 12mm on all 4 (x_x) or might settle for 8mm.
Also i got them brand new so no to the wrx owner.

Haha i had a very hard time choosing between those two as well. I Also had torques in mind though. Riboflavin has some gforces on and i have grids. Just pick what you like. And don't limit yourself to just rotas. I believe someone also has some torques but they are not concaved because they at x8. Make sure you go x9! i dont think this helped lol.

u don't have to worry about touching rear struts cuz our rear struts sit pretty low and deep it's almost impossible to touch them. I'm running 9" (+35) wide rims with -2.5 in the back and I have plenty room. I'm planning to go with 10" +30 all around on stock fenders now.
