rub a dub dub... need some help
just got my new shoes mounted and there's a slight rubbing on the back whenever I hit a dip, but can't seem to find where it's rubbing... I haven't tried any high speed turns to see if it'll rub on that....
current setup:
245/40/17 on 17x8 et 45 on TRD springs and struts...
any advice will be appreciated...

you should not be rubbing with that width and that offsett, im 17x8 et46 with 235/45 and im no where near rubbing! id say check the outer fender which is where most rubbing takes place, i doubt your anywhere near your suspension, i think a very mild roll would take care of your problem, and some pics would help!

i know what ur rubbing on, i rubbed on it when i went on vacation and loaded up my car full... if u feel about 2/3 of the way back (from the front) theres something there, possibly holding on the bumper or something, im not sure what it is, but its that, and a simple rolling of the fenders/quarter panel should solve the problem.

possibly bad strut is it only on one side?
I had stech that did that with 18" rims and when i switched out with a buddy that had 17 he had no problem. Could be the springs with not enough stiffness to it.
