depends on how much you're willing to pay. if i were on stock wheels and i found these for $100 with tires, I'd pick them up. if they were $400-500, then only if the offset were reasonable (et35) and tires have decent tread left.

Yeah bro those look terrible, even if you powder coated them it's pretty obvious that they are the PepBoys' special, way less quality than the stock Scion tc rims. These would be a serious downgrade, both in looks and performance. They are probably heavy, which is raising your unsprung weight. If you want some good rims, look for quality brand forged lightweight rims that are an actual improvement over stock. I personally run 18x8 Enkei RPF1's (et35) and they are an amazing rim.
