I still don't see how it looks better to be wider in the rear. Everyone knows it's a front wheel drive car and that your making your car handle worse. Call me old school but I always though the point of modifying your car was to make it better not worse than when it left the factory. If that was the case you could just pay me $3,000 and I would smack your hood with a sledge hammer. It reminds me of that picture floating around here of the guy who put snow chains on his rear wheels to enhance traction, sad really
That's an interesting idea... I wonder if anyone has actually tried this.

its definitely a looks thing.
if you dont want to run wider wheels in back, then get spacers.
not every mod you do to the car is about performance over looks. half the stuff people do to their car probably have no effect on performance or take it away to some degree.

^ Case in point, ARC induction box. It adds some "bling" factor, but performance wise doesn't get the same gains as a CAI.
In any case, if you wanted to go stagger for performance, you should go wider in the front. I know numerous Honda guys who do this, but again, that is performance over looks.
In regards to DeGoosh's post:
1. You failed when you said Volk VS-XX, be prepared and put your flame suit on
2. Ben doesn't have VS-XX, he's got Work XSAs. If you really like his wheels, why not just get some XSAs instead of VS-XX, just a thought.
