So I just picked up a new set of wheels. I'm waiting for it to be shipped. So here is the over-asked question, will I rub?


I'm lowered on TRDs but I'm sagging a bit lower than other trds.


18x8 +37 and I'm planning to run 225/40/18

I know I wont rub at all but I want to run some 5mm spacers. Would I be safe to run 5mm in the front and the rear? its going to make it +32 all around. Will I rub? Can I get away with 10mm in front and rear? Any chances of mixing it up? 5mm front and 10mm back?



I know this question is asked over and over, but I want a definite answer.

our tCs in years. I didn't even know they made 10mm spacers for the tC.

 

you might have very minor rubbing around sharp turns or with ppl in the car, but definitely nothing to worry about. im sure a little camber will take care of it. rmr the ssr's i had, the rears were 18x8 et29 with 3 degrees of camber and i only rubbed around fast turns or with ppl in the back.
and before that when i had my hp evos, i ran a 5mm spacer in the front and they were at a 33 et with the trd's and they never rubbed.
and with my current setup 17x8 et 35 i rub a lil in the front but thats b/c im lower then i ever was,

I had 18x8.5 with a +35 offset and RARELY rubbed on TRDs. What size tires did he have or did
he just drive around with tubby girls in the back?
