I'm interested in using plasti-dip as it seems to be better than paint as it's like a spray vinyl. I'm considering getting the make your own color kit. $30 isn't too bad...but I'm not sure how much I'ld need for all 4 rims.

LOL. Everything looks exactly the same.

I need to be lower. I thought S-Techs would do it, but I'm not satisfied. This pic doesn't do the suspension justice though. I guess when you jack the car up the springs have to settle again?

It was a bit lower, especially in the back, before I put these wheels on.

how did u guys paint those lips on the outer edge of the rims..did u use paint or sometype of other material?

I'm lazy. How long does painting your rims take you guys? A good part of a day I imagine.

If I put on say 10 layers of clear coat, will the paint hold up for a good couple years?

Vinyl. Browse the thread, lots of info on how to do it.

Painting my stockies took the better part of a three day weekend... but mine are a lil' more detailed than others... the typical one color job should take a day...
