tC Painted Stock Rims
I live in Vegas...it was a super sunny day. They don't usually look that light...maybe just a little lighter then FM...oh, but it's got the glittery fleks that kinda match, so that's nice...

^ya mine are clear coated, you didn't clear yours? did all the metal flakes come off? because when i didn't add the clear there metal flakes all on top of the paint, and they looked like they would easily come off.

You have no idea how badly I want to do my wheels like yours man... I wish I had the time
Maybe I can just do the whole wheel like Sciontistical did and add a polished lip to save me all the time that you spent
Oh well, yours look sick man, I love em!
i painted my rims graphite but im thinkin bout changing the color. I have a friend who has a sand blaster has anyone sand blasted paint off of rims before if so does it mess up the rim and what kind of media do i use?
Well a lot of people in this thread are going to think it is worth it since they painted theirs. A lot of them did it with rattle can paint for like 20 bucks so I is not like you would be spending a lot of money.
If you use a rattle can it is a very cheap way to change the look of your vehicle. Powdercoating it is going to cost more and might be more durable but if you think you might want to change the color I would just rattle can it. There is a DIY on here for painting wheels with spray paint. Look it up and do it.
