if i paint my stockies do i have to get em rebalance again? coz then rims wud be heavier and not probly not have the same weight anymore.. i dnt want my steering wheel wiggling when im driving high speed lolz..

 

and also what kind of sand paper wud i need to sand em..

 

No. The paint has virtually no weight. Especially compared to the weight of the rims+tires, the paint is negligible.

 

You can scuff the surface with 600 grit and in between coats you can use 800 for smoothing. For getting rid of any clear coat errors, you can use 1500 or 2000.

 

got around to installing the XRS wheels i painted last week on my gf's matrix...

next being lowered!
