Default tC Repaint Factory Rim (OEM Color)

Hi,

I curb checked (d'oh!) my tCs rim today. I have about a 3 inch gash on the lip. I found a great resource for repairing the damage
http://www.bmwtips.com/tipsntricks/w...uff-repair.htm
but am questioning where to find a paint that would match our rims.. Any suggestions?

Thanks!

actually black might be alittle too much for Flint mica (i thought about it but then in comparision to the color of the car it wouldnt look right imo) but gunmetal looks like it was ment to be on the car. instead of paying a shop to do it. try it your self use the Dupli color performance wheel paint, sand the wheels, cover the tires, and TAKE YOUR TIME lol and it will look awesome...

here is a quick pic and waht gunmetal looks like on flint mica

I think at NAPA you can have them mix color matched paint for like $8. They put it in a spry can for ya too!

those gunmetals look great.. I mad a "mixture" of the dupicolor gunmetal and an aluminum engine paint to get a somewhat close match to the stock rims.. looks good unless your like 6" from the touchup spot.

very nice, i like how you left the reverse light untouched.

is that the HKS exhaust? if it is how do you like it? i want to get his exhaust by the end of the month.

yeah I didnt think there would be a point in having the reverse light if I tinted it..so I left it that way..plus I think it looks good with the 3rd brake light.

actually that isnt the HKS exhaust..its a universal exhaust..I forget the name tho
