Default TC wheels on a VW GTI

Hello all. I come to you guys for advice as I have a problem that is driving me nuts. I recently bought a 03 GTI that came with winter wheels. The winter wheels are Scion TC wheels. Weird I thought..but I have seen mulitple pictures with them on the car. So as snow is approaching here in the NE, I went to put on my wheels. Problem is I only have 17 out of 20 bolts to attach the wheels. Here is a picture of said bolts.

They are 2 pc. The lug nut is 14x1.5 and the stud is 14mm to fit the VW wheel hub. I understand that Scion studs are 12mm so the wheels were drilled out. The normal VW wheel bolt is a 1 pc Acorn style. I can't find anywhere that I can put together a similar setup to safely run these wheels...Any ideas where to look for more? I have called everywheel store in my area and pretty much get the "Wow...sorry" everwhere.

don't worry about it these guys know more then i do... so you're looking for the 14.5 x 1.5 lug nut and the 14 mm stud right?

are the scion studs attached to the hubs of your wheels and you screw on the nuts? If so I'll need to get them drilled out. Local machine shops don't want to touch wheel lugs due to liability. I thank you for your help, but don't think this will help me.

the studs are attached to the hub, the lugs just screw on and off of the studs
