Default tire aspect ratio??

i'm planning to purchase tires and was wondering whether or not i would actually see the difference between an aspect ratio of 30 and 35 if they were side by side.

yeah you will be able to tell, and if you hit a pothole hard with 30s on kiss your rim goodbye

what size rims are these going on, dont think you can even get 30 series until you get into the 20s

edit nevermind you can if you go with a wider tire.

^^ the wheels may not break or bend but you will still get an ugly road rash, if you have good roads though then np.. It might look better when on having aggressive wheels, but I think 35 look pretty thin and good already..

if you havent checked this site then do it,

just so you wont throw your odo and speedometer too way off

well its not going to be a HUGE difference, but you definitely will be able to see the difference especially when they are mounted on the car.

the width of the tire makes a difference. what sizes are you considering?

generally speaking 30 is awfully thin unless youre looking at a 275+ tire LOL.
