Default TRD Wheels - Bent the Slightest of slight / Refinishing?

So I'm looking to get 2 of the wheels resurfaced from hitting the curbs. Learned my lesson many months ago after doing it, be careful on how close coming to the curbs because the scrapes on black rims suck. A shop in CT quoted me like 150 per wheel to resurface, and 90 a piece to fix them from being bent. Of course, Toyota has never took notice to them being bent so i'll get another opinion or two. But im wondering, is 90.00 too expensive to fix them from being bent? 150 to get one resurfaced? I'd love them to look like new again.. CT doesnt offer much for tire shops, but even CT, Springfield-Worcester Mass, NY area within reason id consider.. a short little trip for a great result and price. Thanks for any help

hundred a wheel to make the black look all nice and clean again? refinished and everything. The red lining isnt messed up in any way on mine, jus the outer area and maybe a few spots in between that havent been able to clean by hand.

and who does sandblasting and powercoating? just a tire shop or could i go to a performance shop of some sort. cant find much in this stupid small state, than again i might not be searching correctly.
