Default What are the best tires for stock 17 TC rims?

Just wondering if anyone has upgraded thier tires or just replaced them? What brand is good for cornering / grip, and how does road noise factor in? All I know is the stock tires that came with my car are the worst tires that I have ever driven on.

Look into Neo Gens........very cost effective and they grip very well, low noise driving.....during hard corners they grind a little but you get used to it,they last very well too.....one guy up here has a good 30000 miles on his and they are going bald now but still grip better than the stock tires.

x2 on the Nitto Neo Gen. I've had mine for about 8000 mi. and tread ware is decent for being soft compound. Traction is better than the stock Potenzas and they look slick

x3 on the neogens, i have my tc lowered on h&r race springs and have always had bad camber wear on my tires. I got neogens in August and have had no problems with any camber wear. Besides that they are amazing for grip.

I got mine for 85 a tire, usually there not that cheap but i got the florida hook-ups!
