Wheels???
I am no wheel expert, and I've been trying to find wheels that I like for a long time now. I think I've finally found some.
The Specs:
17x7
5x100
Will these fit using the stock tires, or does it depend on the wheel offset?
The tc offet is +45mm (I think)...should any aftermarket wheel offset number be lower than this or higher to fit cleanly on the stock tires 215/45/17
Thanks

The 17x7 is the only part that matters for the tires. And those will be perfect b/c that is the same as the OEM size.
The offset... if you want to get a little more flush, you would get a lower offset. With a 7" wheel you could go as far as probably +30 if you can find it... +35 is a bit more common I think and wouldn't be bad.

^x2 with what ack said...those specs (wheel size and offset) are pretty much the same as the stock wheels..I think our stockers are 47mm?
Anyway - try and find a lower offset..IMO it looks better when the wheels aren't pushed so far in..or you could always slap a good 10mm spacer on there if that's what you have your heart set on

Both of the above are OK. The offset will not affect the tire size at all. It just affects how the wheel fits on the car and a +38 would be perfectly fine (and look a little better than the OEM +45).
A 7.5" wheel should also fit the 215 tire (OEM tire width) but you may want to consider a 225 at some point.
