Your names are different. You use an underscore between scion and jon and he doesn't. See? He's not stepping on your toes at all.

scion and jon are both pretty common names. Its not like he has a photobucket with a bunch of photoshops and high end art stuff anf all.

But if it really upsets you. You can screw his account each month. Just take his pics, select all, generate html and then post the pics on every forum you can find. It will kill his allowable bandwidth for the month and people wont be able to see his pictures until next month. Do it again next month!!

I think its coincidence. If he had stolen your ps art and used it in his photobucket than there should be an issue.

however scion and jon are common. I dont think you can copy right a persons name nor an already copyrighted name of a toyota branch. ;)
