Well, I can't load youtube on this thing, but you could answer with a simple yes or no. Dancing around the answer usually means that you don't have a real trademark. And by trademark, I mean a legally filed trademark and/or copyright. There's a big difference between someone's tagline and a real trademark/copyright.

If you don't have it legal, it's public domain. In fact, anybody could use the identical name Scion_Jon and sell a similar product. If you care so much, it would be your fault for not making it legal.

 

And if you do have it legal, then kudos to you. Talk to an attorney and see if you can do something about it (still would be a tough case).

 

everytime i upload a pic or document on my art gallery it copywrites my stuff, my water mark aswell, from what i asked a site administrator it is true blue copywrite

 

the thin is, in my art gallery, when you make an account the screen name part doesnt allow for special characters such as the underscore, so i am scionjon aswell, and i do have my copwrite under that name aswell.
