will I rub on 245/40R18 18x9 40off set

I"ve looked for info regarding 18x9 40 off set with rubbing problem with tire size 245/40R18 and lowered with trd springs only ,i've been getting two answers yes and no , any one running this set up ? with out rubbing

yes 18x9 all around , I’ve seen some 235s but stretched out , I just don't like the look, why 18x9 , I paid $280 for new set of axis Gravity http://axiswheels.com/wheels.php?id=gravity deal or no deal all depends on rubbing issue

just had them installed looks killer, but rear wheels rub , and thanks sky-on i took your advice with 235/40R18 slight rub but fixable. Ill post some pics friday!!

I found out why I was rubbing . I had two freinds sitting in rear hatch while I looked behind side wall, found out there is a plastic clip which supports rear bumper cover ,its located behind quarter panel supped with a 10mm bolt , removed and replaced it with smaller edged clip , no more rubbing took the family for a ride ( nervous of course ) no rubing not even when going over bumps
