Recently moved into a new house and just realized the trunk barely hits the top of the garage when the garage door is up.

Any way to adjust the hydraulics or rods to reduce the max opening height by maybe an inch or two?

 

Easiest way is to lower the car ;)

Not really a way to adjust the hatch opening easily. If you don't want to lower the car, either put some padding on the garage where the hatch hits, hold it while it's open or start backing into your garage.
