Default HID, or LED headlight kits

Which would be better? I'm looking into swapping my stock headlights to either LED, or HID headlights. Both kits run about the same, and both seem to plug and play but which light would offer the best color, and view I have a 2014 tC so the emblems light up blue so I'm trying to keep a blueish look to the lights to go with the blue theme I got going.

HID is going to have the best throw, and still beats out most LED kits on the lumen count. LED will instantly have have full power, where HID takes a few seconds to warm up. If you want brightest and best throw distance, go HID. LED will give you the look you want, have less draw on the electrical system, and instantly be at full power, but if you don't want super dim headlights make sure you buy a high quality kit.
