Smile How can i fix this rust exhaust pipe?

SO I LOOK UP UNDER MY 09 TC 5.0 RELEASE SERIES AND I SAW THE EXHAUST PIPE IF THAT IS THE OFFICIAL WAY TO CALL IT, IS IT???? AND IS ALL RUSTY, LOOKS BAD, PLUS THERE'S THIS BLACK THING ATTACH TO IT. I DON'T KNOW IF THERE'S A WAY TO CLEAN IT. OR BETTER, IS THERE AN EXHAUST PIPE MADE OF STAINLESS STEAL TO REPLACE IT.
NOTE: I KNOW THERE'S NO NEED TO REPLACE IT IF THERE'S NO PROBLEMS WITH IT, BUT I JUST WANT MY RIDE TO LOOK GOOD EVEN UNDER, THAT'S JUST HOW I ROLL

You have a 1st generation tC. Also known as a tC1. You are in the tC2 section.

And I've seen cars get that bad in Minnesota. A few years in the snow (and salt) and it will tear up the underside of your car. Only thing you can do is replace the whole exhaust.
