I was looking to get stickers made for my tC, I was interested in the lower door panel scion sticker. BUT i wanted it in a different color than what toyota offers so i was going to have to get them custom made...but i ran into a snag... without buying one of the ones toyota makes and getting them made directly off of that, i dont have the deminsions and i was wondering if anyone on this forum knew the actual deminsions before i went and spent money for the one from toyota as a template.

what color is your car and what color will the stripe be?

 

Its the Magnetic Grey Metallic and its an orange color (kinda like the Chrysler/ Hemi burnt orangeish color). I've painted the badges and calipers and its a nice combination and not something you see every where

 

measure your own by using the body lines. i was actually planning the same thing for mine and that's what i was going to do. there is actually a slight dip on the body that the original decal follows

either that to try to contact Ted (WellesleyScion)..he works at a dealership and makes stickers

If you are going to get a custom one made, go all the way! Don’t just copy the OEM one and just change the color. Put some other name like your screen name, your scion club you belong to…something other than just plain “Scion”… Go big or go home!

 

Good idea! I like that...However, I am not very creative.

 

But you are also not the one going to make them either...ask that person to help you out with some ideas.
