This project took me 3 days, it was very time consuming but well worth it in the end.
By far the most money I have put into these headlights. I decided to go with grabber Lime Green because I am also painting my brake calipers the same color.
I find the Magnetic Grey tC very dull so i wanted to add something that will jump out at you.

MINI MORIMOTO D2S PROJECTORS FOR LOW BEAM
MINI H1 MORIMOTO PROJECTORS FOR HIGH BEAM (this will now function as extra light on the road)
5,000k 90mm LED halos with plastic diffuser
5,000k 80mm LED halos with plastic diffuser

Hey, looks great. I had an idea to do something similar.
Question, what time and temp did you use to open your lights? Was it permaseal or butyl?

 

215 DEG. for 15min. Its just butyl. Be careful as some ovens heat up more than others. My oven does the job at that temperature

 

For my use, I don't need quad HID. But I would like to install a projector lens on the halogen high beam. Just a crazy idea.
