Cool RACING SOLUTION-RS2 Front Lip for tC2!

KidJustin's tC with the RS2 LIP!

k0ntr0lledka0s's tC with the RS2 LIP!

[More pics on Page 9]

Description
Racing Solution has created the 2011+ Scion tC RS front lip for the second generation Scion tC (tC2). Stop wasting your money on cheap fiberglass parts that break easily. The RS front lip is made out of durable and flexible polyurethane material which is similar to your stock bumpers.

The 2011+ Scion tC (tC2) has great body lines which don't require dramatic body kits to make it look good. The new 2011+ Scion tC RS front lip adds suttle aggressiveness to the look of the tC2. This lip lowers the body line by approximately 1 inch so you wont have to worry about scraping on every driveway you go over.

The lip comes in an unpainted black polyurethane material. A professional sand, prime, and paint job by your local body shop can have your Scion tC2 looking great with the 2011+ Scion tC RS front lip. We recommend installation be performed by a professional body shop.

2012 Scion tC
2013 Scion tC

yeah, for some reason, something looks odd about it. maybe its the fact that the only tC's ive seen with the RS1 lip are slammed to the ground.. and this one is stock height. haha

It looks attached... it doesn't look like part of the car.
That's what I don't like.
But kudos for more choices!

I don't think it flows at all. Maybe I'm just used to seeing it on the tC1 having curves and with the tC2 being more boxy it doesn't work like one would think.

Actually one showcar at SEMA(or other big car show) if I recall did have a modified RS lip on a tC2.

EDIT: It wasn't an RS1 but an RS2

Hey everyone thanks for checking it out. This *IS* a photoshop concept of what the RS1 will look like on the tC2. Dropzone you mentioned the curves of the front bumper.. the RS1 for the tC2 will conform to the new curves so it will look better on the final product

I think its those black holes at the bottom, beneath the fog light spots, that make it look kind of awkward. I think it would look better without that black/gap spot

Those holes would be a great place to put DRLs though!
If that helps!
Not sure if I can go lower with my roads here though... only about a 1" gap when pulling into most driveways now as it is. ;p

^^ THIS

Small set of LED DRLs in there would look nice. I would lay $20 that MightyP is already going to try it.

the RS1 doesnt flow at all the the tc2 bodylines.

People dont understand that the tc1 has rounded curvy body lines so the RS1 flows well.

tC2 body lines are straight & angled so the front lip needs to be more sharp hence the 5 axis front lip.

Just my 2cents.

I think you will like it when it's done. And the nice thing about the holes is you can cover then to male the rs2 when getting it painted

There's been some that have covered the holes one the RS1, it's not the same as having an RS2. I've seen pics of the paint cracking where the cover up was done, not a good look.
