Lol. I looked it up to see what i could find... and that was about the only place i found only the lip. I have no idea on how reliable that site is though.
Then I read this. ;p The timing was pretty good. But, maybe $500 plus the cost of painting... will cost a bit more than this RS1 lip... so I may sort of advise a month or two of waiting to see what comes. ;p

 

I agree. The money I would save could go toward something more useful, like exhaust! I am so happy they started this thread though. If they sell this lip for $200ish plus maybe anouther $150 for paint, I just saved myself $1650ish bucks...... I had approval from the wife boss on the 5 Axis, and no BS, was going to order it tomorrow while I got my first oil change and cabin filter.....How lucky is that? Plus, I am not even "in love" with the 5 Axis lip anyway, I just think the front end could use some more "beef" ya know?

HAHAH. Yeah. Save the money. I am waiting for the more expensive upgrades until there is a bigger picking. Otherwise there is no competition and no lower prices ;p
No exhaust for me until the 3-4 others release theirs. No body kits or lips until a few more come out. Thats how I am going about it.
Although... it's tempting to just go and get the 5-axis kit and descendant exhaust asap. ;p

 

agreed jay...just rock the small custom painted stock stuff for now!

 

i know its kinda late for my input.. but that molded rs2 lip is sick!!!!! i think the one or 2 front end lips for the tc2 dont look all that great.

 

Hey guys/gals.. we're going to try something new.. The tC2 RS1 front lip will be made out of polyurethane instead of abs plastic.

 

Does that mean they will be available sooner? Lol, wishfull thinking over here.

 

Here's what I've got. My prototype piece will be here around the end of August. Once we test fit and are happy with the results, we'll get the first shipment over here asap.

 

Let me know man, im not joking, im sending you money as soon as you say the word! Now you have it in writing... : )

I would like to see something a little more angular at the corners, but this is intriguing...
