Default Relatively inexpensive, standout mods

Hey all, this is my first post on scionlife. Anyway, I have a 2012 magnetic gray metallic tc. I'd like to start modifying my car, but I'm on a tight budget. So I ask, what are some standout modifications I can do to my car, that are potentially reversible, and won't break the bank. Right now, I'm thinking of plastidipping the bottom center portion of the front bumper(under the grill) and would like some ideas similar in nature to that. Also, street legality is important. Any suggestions are appreciated, thanks!

Thanks. And yeah, id like to lower it, I just have to save up. Any recommendations on springs? Also, with the plastidip, that one area is all I would do, too much plastidip isn't a good thing.

I'm on Tein S-techs right now. It's a pretty good drop for the Tc2. I'd recommend it! Fog lights and HID's are definitely good mods!
