RS8 body damage
RS8 owner with scratches throughout the body and looking to clean it up. Confused about 4 piece kit compatibility. Are the tC base edition aftermarket kits compatible on the Release Series (especially Center Exhaust)?
Or do I need to inquire through dealership service department? I figure buying original RS body parts through the dealer is $$$$.
Also what about fender liners? I read a post saying that the RS wheel well fender liners would have to be purchased through Toyota.

That Kit is Unique to your Center Exhaust (Similar to my RS9) Release Series Parts are Special. They are Not on the standard Toyota Parts list.
You have to provide your VIN Number to your Toyota Parts Dealer to get Price Information.

Same Answer as Above ▲▲ LOOK UP! ▲▲ Read Post #2
Unfortunately, ALL Release Series Items are RESTRICTED PARTS Available Only though the RS Owner's VIN Number
This Topic was discussed over 10 years ago (Big Bird Post #9) and the Toyota / Scion Policy Remains the Same:
"RS parts are never released to the public. They can only be ordered through a Dealer, using the VIN # of the RS"
►►These Parts are Not Listed on the Normal Toyota/Scion Parts List◄◄
RS Parts are Special Order and Paid in Advance. You can Verify that with your Dealer's Parts Department.
Without the Release Series VIN, you are Not going to be able to get Release Series Parts.
If you don't want to go to your Toyota Dealer, the Only Other thing you can try is a
Auto Junkyard or Pick N' Pull. But, Very Doubtful you will find a RS8 there.
