I'm not so sure about underglow, but I have the 7 color interior kit from ledglow and I don't have any complaints. It's good quality and very bright. I've had them installed in 2 different cars now for over 2 years.

If you wanted to do red and black I would suggest the interior kit, exterior underglow just looks tacky to me. Plus depending where you live and how low your car is, they can break really easily.

First off, yes, of course glow is tacky, but the tC is a ricer! Embrace the rice!!!

Anyway, I would suggest going with neon for glow rather than LEDs just because the neon projects better and projects in all directions where LEDs are only 1 direction. I have red neon under my car and it's worked fine.

The tC2 isn't really under-glow friendly. Sides and back aren't bad, but in order to really hide the front light bar, you either have to mount it way back or, like do what I did and put some weather stripping or something in front of it.

But the positive side of LEDs is you can wire them up to a controller and have them pulse and flash with music or whatever.

I don't have any good pictures of the glow now that I fixed it, but here's one from a distance where you can clearly see the neon bar under my car.

mighty do you have a link to where you got the neons and how do you have the weatherstrip set up is it over the light (wouldnt that defeat the purpose anyways) or is just somehow just in front

I'm not sure the brand anymore. Got em in a group buy with my local Scikotics chapter. As for the strip, it's attached in front of the bar. You can see the light now but not the bar. I'll take a picture tomorrow.

^ Thanks. Some people on the forums say not to do this or that because it's too ricerish. But my thought is always, why not do it??? The tC is a ricer and there is nothing wrong with that. It'd be like telling someone not to put loud pipes on their Camaro because it's too muscle car ish. Ridiculous!

Front and rear were pretty easy to install. Sides were a PITA. To get them mounted anywhere near where they should be, had to drill holes in the frame. Broke a bit and cursed a few times. Actually running the wires wasn't too bad though. There's a grommet under the car you can go through.
