thats what i thought originally but why would it be a spoiler strut and where can you get the rear window wiper

 

I read somewhere they are upgraded pistons for when you get the spoiler on the back of the car. With wiper is for the Canadian version of the tC2.

That's one of those things where people are always unhappy. You have the wiper, you don't want it. You don't have the wiper, you want it. Other than on SUVs and minivans, I don't see the point of the rear wiper...

 

yea i think its kind of a waist plus most people are looking for the sleekest design; shaved handles(which i plan on doing eventually) stubby antenna so on

Not really. My best bet would be to find someone in Canada, and have them ship them too me. I asked TRDsparks if they could get them and they said no. Matter of fact....they said they could only get US spec stuff.....but if they sell the rear window wiper....wth?
Regardless, I have not persued it very hard because of the price. $174 for 2 windows, and I would have to pay shipping from Canada. My last car was $49.99 for all four windows! I am still crossing my fingers that the company Kidjustin has been working with will get some visors out soon, at a lower cost.

 

they (Berggs) are still making it dont worry. it just takes time...its kinda of hectic with all the car companies...SEMA then holidays. should be clearing up now...i dont think they are busy with fr-s/brz stuff like other companies

i'll follow up tomorrow or thursday on how its going

 

OP: these replacements struts are for when you are installing the optional spoiler........

 

i think they are just stronger struts in order to hold more weight and when you add the spoiler your supposed to upgrade to something stronger aka these ...
