What does Garage is empty, Add now mean?

Ok so I bought a R titled Scion tC and have had issues within the first week I bought it. First it was giving me a code that the bank 1 02 sensor was bad took it back they put a used one in it and it seemed to fix the issue but a lot 2 days later it started to have a hesitation and misfire issue sometimes happens randomly but mostly always when you top out the rpm going to another gear it will misfire for about 30 seconds after shifting then catch itself and run ok until you take the rpms back up. It's not the rev limiter I know what that sounds like but when it does this the rpm will not exceed the transmissions speed of that makes sence. Replaced the plugs but still not resolved. Codes are P219A and P0302. If anyone could point me in the right direction it would be greatly appreciated.
