What does Garage is empty, Add now mean?

I currently have the Red Edition Dezod headers on my 2013 Scion tC but am experiencing a lot of rasp above two thousand rpm.

IS THERE ANYONE HERE WHO HAS A HEADER SET UP WITH A CUSTOM MID PIPE???

If so, does the mid pipe make the rasp worse or does it make it sound different and eliminate some of the rasp?
